Three Hour Functions

(showers, graduations, birthday parties, etc.)

These Friday and Sunday events include 3 hours of private function time, an additional half hour for set up, guest chairs, farm tables, ivory table cloths, bar staff, and event manager.

Barn Weddings, < 100 guests

Includes 4 hours private function time, set up and break down, guest chairs, farm tables, floor length ivory linens, bar staff, day of event coordinator.

Tent Weddings, < 130 guests

Includes cocktail style set up in barn, tent with lighting, tables, floor length ivory linens, chairs, portable bars, bar staff, day of event coordinator. Events must end by 10:00 PM.

May – October only: $9,500

Tent Weddings, 130 – 200 guests

Includes cocktail style set up in barn, tent, lighting, dance floor, portable bars, portable restrooms, tables, floor length ivory linens, bar staff, day of event coordinator. Events must end by 10:00 PM.

May – October only: $11,500

Ceremony

On-site ceremonies include an additional hour to the wedding day, use of the bridal suite one hour prior to the ceremony start time, set up and break down of white garden chairs at fireplace location, up to an hour for rehearsal in the days before the ceremony. Lower ceremony site available at an additional fee.

Micro Package

Have a desire for a simple ceremony with a smaller group? Want the pictures but not the expense of a full wedding? Our micro packages are just for you. These options allow up to three hours exclusive use of the picturesque barn and grounds with up to thirty guests for a cocktail style event. Ceremony set up on the deck, background and first dance music is included. Ask our staff about recommendations for a full dinner location for afterward.
