Rhubarb Fest

We’re exploring our rhubarb through-and-through and want to share the experience with you!  Farm owners Cindy and Janice are working to create full meals from our own rhubarb plants.  The full menu will be shared with a limited number of ticket holders at an introductory friends-and-family price of only $25. This six-course, tapas-style meal of homemade cuisine includes the following:

~  Sweet ‘n sour kielbasa

~  Fresh greens with rhubarb dressing

~  BBQ chicken sliders

~  Boston baked beans

~  Rhubarb chutney pulled pork sliders

~ Hand-made rhubarb ice cream

There will also be rhubarb candy, rhubarb wine and various jams and preserves available for purchase. Recipes for all of the above will be available upon request.
